How can I receive payouts?

You can receive your payouts via the following:

  • Direct to Local Bank (support)
    • Generally lowest fees for non-US citizens using USD virtual accounts. (additional local bank transfer fees may apply when moving funds out of the virtual account).
    • Better conversion rates compared to PayPal, especially for high payout amounts.
    • More cost-effective for non-US citizens for large payouts compared to Stripe and PayPal.
  • Stripe (support)
    • Best for US citizens.
    • Best for non-US citizens with low payout amounts, but not ideal for larger amounts due to added conversion fees.
    • Covers fewer countries, non-US citizens can’t hold or receive payouts in USD, and doesn’t support virtual USD accounts, unlike ‘Direct to Local Bank’.
  • Paypal (support)
    • Less cost-effective for non-US citizens for large payouts compared to ‘Direct to Local Bank’.
    • Has the highest currency conversion fees among all methods.
    • Chance of being blocked in some countries.

For questions about the payout method you want, check all information in the payouts settings section as many answers can be found there. If not, it's best to contact the respective support departments (links provided above). You can update your payout settings here.

Note:

  • Pausing payouts: you can switch off receiving them at the top of your payouts settings page (more about that here).
  • Changing payouts settings: Two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled - more about this here.

Payouts are processed on Tuesdays (US time), but you'll receive the payout confirmation email every Sunday (US time). The weekly bonus cycle is from Mondays 12:00 am PDT to Sundays 11:59 pm PDT.
