I did not receive my payout

Processing times for payout methods are as follows:

ACH deposit payouts may take a few business days to process, typically 1-3 business days. PayPal and Wise payouts are usually quicker and process within 1-2 days. Stripe cross border payouts may take 4 or more business days to receive.

For Stripe
  1. Check your Payout Settings and make sure that both your Account Number and Routing Number are correct.
  2. Stripe is now requiring mentors' Social Security Number and US address in order to transfer payouts. You can reset your payout method here
  3. Please contact support and let us know which payout(s) is missing (date & amount) so we can help you.
For PayPal
  1. Verify that you have entered the correct PayPal account in your Payout Settings.
  2. If necessary, contact PayPal support as they will usually know the issue.
  3. Please contact support and let us know which payout(s) is missing (date & amount) so we can help further.
For Wise
  1. Check your email, including spam folders, for the notification from Wise, and make sure you click accept within 5 days of receiving it.
  2. Review your Payout Settings and make sure that both your email address and currency are correct.
  3. Contact Wise Support to make sure your Wise settings are correct.

Note: for INR currency, no email will be sent; funds will be deposited directly to your bank account.
