If you see the status text "(under review)" just to the right of one of your payouts, usually we're having trouble processing the user's payment, and it may be due to the following reasons:
- User had a question or issue with the invoice
- User's credit card declined the payment
It’d also be helpful if you can give the client a friendly nudge and see if he/she is having issues processing the payment. Otherwise, contact support for further help.
