Why is my payout under review?

If you see your payout is in under review status, usually, we're having trouble processing the user's payment, and it may be due to the following reasons:

  • User sent an invoice question to us
  • User's credit card declined the payment

It’d also be helpful if you can give the client a friendly nudge and see if he/she is having issues processing the payment. Otherwise, contact support for further help.
