What is the preview period?
After you join a session room with a mentor, you are not billed until after you click the Start Session button. The time that you and the mentor are in the session room and have not begun the paid session is referred to as the preview period.

- Determine whether or not the mentor can assist you
- Set up your communication tools
Please know that this is not a free consultation period. Both sides should click Start Session when ready, and that is when the billable time begins.
