When will I be charged for my Codementor Pro Plan subscription?
You are automatically charged on the same day as your subscription start date. If the day of your billing date does not occur every month, you will automatically be billed on the last day of that month.
- If you purchase the Pro Quarterly plan on October 1st, your next billing date will be December 31st
- If you purchase the Pro Monthly plan on October 1st, your next billing date will be October 31st.
What happens if the payment fails?
Payment failure reasons are generated by our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe. Errors and failures can occur for various reasons. We recommend checking your card detail and contacting your bank. You can also contact our Support for help.
How does Codementor protect my payment information?
