If you forgot to pause or hang up your session, please try the following:
- Message the mentor to agree on the charged time, and they can adjust the charges. If it was an invalid session, ask the mentor to refund the session.
- If the mentor is unable to assist, then click the "initiate a dispute" link at the bottom of the invoice page, which you'll see at the end of the session. Let us know the details (e.g. actual session length) so we can adjust that for you.
