What is your vetting process?

We looked at many factors when vetting our developers, including their backgrounds, experience levels, Coding Challenge scores, ratings and reviews of mentoring sessions and small tasks, published works, open-source project contributions, technical interview results, past project performances, project management skills, and communication skills. We believe that there is not a one-size-fits-all metric to assess a developer's skills. We also believe different developers have different projects they are suitable for depending on their working styles, past experiences, and personalities, which is why we try to look at as many attributes as possible to determine a developer's qualification for a particular project.
