How can I refund a user?

To issue a refund for a live session, please go to your Session History page, click on the session you'd like to refund, and then click "Refund" so we can get that processed for you.

If you want to adjust the session length/cost, please contact us.

To issue a partial/full refund for an Offline Help request, please go to your Offline Help page, click on the Offline Help request you'd like to refund, and then click "Refund" so we can get that processed for you. Please note that Offline Help can only be refunded by mentors when it's in "Pending Review" status.
