Users can create an Offline Help Request by clicking on the Get Help Now button on the top right of their Dashboard.
After users create an Offline Help request, it will appear in "My Requests" on the users' Dashboard.
Users can directly message mentors to get to know each other and discuss more details about the task. If users find a mentor who can help them accomplish the offline help and agrees with the budget, users should click the blue button to hire the mentor and create an Offline Help for this request.
After the offline help is created, both users and mentors can track it in the offline help tab on the Dashboard.
