What does the ID Verification process look like?

Applicant

  • Applicants will receive an email with the ID verification link, and they should complete it within 24 hours of receiving the email.

  • If the ID verification is not completed within the given timeframe, the verification link will expire, and the mentor application process will be paused. Please reach out to the Support team if a new link is needed.

Mentor

  • Mentors will receive an email with the ID verification link, and they should complete it within 24 hours of receiving the email.

  • If the ID verification is not completed within the given timeframe, the verification link will expire, and the mentor’s account may be restricted. Please reach out to the Support team if a new link is needed.

  • We will send an email to inform the result after the ID verification is completed.
