How do I schedule a session with a user?

You can suggest a session time with a client from the menu in the chat window by

• clicking on the blue arrow at the top right of the box,

• choosing "Suggest a session time", then

  

• select available date and time in the calendar (the greyed out time slots means they may be booked already), and pick an estimated duration on the right, then send the suggested time to the mentee.

  

Please ensure your availability is up-to-date in Session Availability settings. By default, mentees will be able to schedule a session with you at any time.
