How do I get a refund for a freelance job?

After mentors mark a freelance job as completed, they can click on the "REFUND" button at the top right corner of the page to issue a full/partial refund for the freelance job.
Please note that mentors can issue a refund when the freelance job is in "In Progress" or "Pending Review" tabs. Once the escrow has been released to the mentor, please reach out to our Support Team to inquire further.
