Paying for freelance jobs

Users can pay mentors for freelance jobs using escrow payment. Payments for freelance jobs will be put in escrow (on hold) with Codementor until the job is completed and reviewed.
After a freelance job has been created, the escrow payment will be charged and the job will appear in the "In Progress" tab.
When a mentor marks a freelance job as complete, it will go to the "Pending Review" tab, and the escrow payment will be released to the mentor in 5 calendar days. If there are any issues with the job, users can choose to click "HAVE A QUESTION" to suspend the payment.
Users can also choose to send direct payment for work already completed. After users send direct payment to the mentor, it will appear in the "Completed" tab.
