How do I get help?

  1. Click the Get Help Now button on the top right of your Dashboard.
  2. Choose one of the following, depending on what you need:
    1. Get live help: Start a live 1:1 video session with an expert
    2. Find a long-term mentor: Work regularly with a dedicated Codementor
    3. Post a freelance job: Hire a mentor to complete a freelance job
    4. Hire CodementorX: Hire a top developer for large-scale projects

Tips

  • Be sure to describe your request in as much detail as possible.
  • Feel free to find an mentor within your budget and message them directly.
  • To prevent any misunderstandings, you should always message a mentor to describe what you need and discuss your expectations before starting a paid session or posting a freelance job.
